These terms and conditions govern the use of www.carmenandrewsnaturopathics.com (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by Carmen Andrews.
By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

The information provided on this website, through the blog and on my social media is solely for educational purposes. It is general information that is not intended as medical advice and should not be used for self diagnosis or treatment. Please make an appointment to discuss your specific health concerns.
Intellectual Property
All content published on our Site is the property of Carmen Andrews. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.
Payments
Payments for online telehealth appointments are to be made at the time of booking.
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:
Credit Card.
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Bookings
When you book an appointment through our website you are agreeing to attend either an in-person or telehealth appointment (This depends on the button selected).
Cancellations/ Refunds
You will be contacted 48hours prior to your appointment to confirm your booking.
Cancellation less that 24 hours prior to the booked appointment or failure to attend will incur a cancellation fee of $50 and you will not be able to make another appointment until this fee has been paid. Cancellations that are made more than 24 hours before your appointment will incur no charge. If pre payment has been made, either a full refund or a credit to your next appointment will be provided.
If for any reason I cannot make a scheduled appointment, I will provide as much notice as possible. In this case there will be no charge and we will reschedule to a mutually convenient time. If we are unable to find a mutually convenient time and you have already paid for the consultation I will offer you a refund.
We do understand that things come up and that you sometimes have to reschedule. We just ask that you respect our time and give us as much notice as possible.
Delivery of Appointments
Naturopathic appointments will be offered in person at The Health Sanctuary Williamstown or via telehealth online appointments.
Consumer Protection Law
Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
Limitation of Liability
Carmen Andrews Naturopathics will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Carmen Andrews Naturopathics from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria.
Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
I also reserve the right to alter or delete any content displayed on this website at any time, without notice.
